Asset forfeiture is a legal process to seize or permanently confiscate assets that they believe have been involved in or acquired through illegal activities. The assets subject to forfeiture can include cash, vehicles, real estate, jewelry, electronics, and any other valuable property.

Notice of Forfeiture Preliminary Review Hearing

In case a law enforcement agency seizes your property for potential forfeiture, a Preliminary Review Hearing will be held to assess whether there is probable cause to believe that the property is subject to forfeiture.
